RWP GROUP established in 1989 and founded at 61 Wick Street.
With over 25 years’ experience in direct marketing, advertising, branding and sales promotion. rwp’s expert advice – based on knowledge and experience; its creative flair – offered by inspired designers; and its organised execution – undertaken by detail fanatics, join forces to produce effective materials, promotions and campaigns that work and get results.
Our background . . . .
rwp was borne of two complementary companies. AJK Limited, with over 30 years’ knowledge of the advertising and publishing industry, provided the platform from which rwp’s experience continues to grow. In conjunction with this, client demand for good design and printed material led to the formation of Real World Print and Design. Diversification into the printing business with the purchase of in house platemaking equipment and printing presses soon followed to satisfy the demand and expectations of the clients from both companies. When the original MD of AJK retired, the two companies continued alongside each other until June 1999 when they were amalgamated to form Real World Publishing Limited, now known as rwp
What we do . . . .
Today, consisting of a small but highly qualified team, rwp offers advice, products and services from a background of considerable experience in marketing, advertising, publishing, design and print. rwp is a member of the Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM), the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and The Institute of Public Relations (IPA).
What we believe . . . .
We at rwp are convinced that we offer a far better service than our competitors. We believe in ‘real world’ techniques; we resist the temptation to entertain instead of sell; we believe that design is for selling and not some sort of avant-garde art form. We at rwp believe the web is first and foremost about direct response; we feel some should step out of the ‘virtual’ world into the real world of generating profit. We at rwp believe there is no black art in promoting a company or its products; what we do is a craft, part inspiration but mostly know-how and hard work. The recommendations we make to our clients are without regard to our own interest; the recommendations we make to our clients are the recommendations we would make if we owned their companies.
