Wickmas 2017 Winter Wonderland
Wickmas is back, and after last year's success, the traders & volunteers have agreed to make this year's event even more Christmassy!
This year's theme is "Winter Wonderland", and it's going to be a great day for all the family. Watch our live performers Jack Frost & The Snow Cat and see the beautiful real live Owls from the Sussex Falconry. And of course, we can't forget the man himself Father Christmas who has kindly taken some time out from his busy schedule to visit and say hello to the children.
You won't go hungry when you visit as we have lots of Mince Pies, Mulled Wine, Drinks and Festive Lunches (which have been provided by the Old Oven Bakery) available to buy on the day, while stocks last. You can even get your Face Painted, have a go in our Free Candy Cane Game and do some Christmas Shopping while you look around some of the fantastic Community Run Christmas Stalls we have attending.
The Roundabout Playgroup will be hosting a Free Children's Hand Puppet Making Workshop, and we have not ONE but TWO Fancy Dress Competitions running, one for the kids and the other for adults! There's no theme so let your imagination go wild!
The prize for the Children's Fancy Dress Competition is - Four tickets to see this year's Littlehampton Musical Comedy Societies panto, Dick Whittington, at 2.30pm on Saturday the 29th January 2018. Please make sure you can attend this performance as no alternative dates or times are available. The adult's fancy dress prize is - A main lunch meal for two at the Harbour Lights restaurant and entrance to the Look & Sea exhibition and viewing tower in Littlehampton, valid until the 1st January 2018 (excludes Christmas, Easter & Bank Holidays) and booking is advised.
Back by popular demand is Santa's Free Treasure Hunt in Wick Village for children aged 3 to 8 years of age (adult supervision is required). To take part pick up a copy of Santa's shopping list during the event and follow the instructions to fill up your Treasure Hunt Bag with lots of free goodies from our local traders. Places are limited so don't delay on the day.
It's going to be a great event so please spread the word and come on down to Wick Hall in Wick Village, Littlehampton and join in the Christmas Fun. Head over to the Wick Village Traders Facebook Page for updates.
